研究成果
生命起源:
发现了磷酰氨基酸能同时生成核酸及蛋白,又能生成LB-膜及脂质体。因此,它是生命进化的最小系统。
蛋白及DNA的切割剂:
发现了丝组二肽是世界上最小的能切割蛋白及核酸的肽。
药物化学:  
采用全新的合成路线合成出二肽药物——丙氨酰谷氨酰胺(中国专利号:ZL 02123369.1,美国专利号:US 7163917 B2,PCT/CN03/00417,WO 03/106481A1);分别于2004年10月22日及26日拿到了原料药及制剂的两个生产证书(原料药新药证书编号:证字H20041038,国药准字:H20041518)。
N-磷酰氨基酸自催化作用:
N-磷酰氨基酸可以自身组装成多肽,并将核苷磷酰化为核苷酸。因此,N-磷酰氨基酸可以在一锅反应中同时生成肽库;核酸库,及肽-核酸复合库。
组合化学与肽库:
      以磷化合物为肽合成的缩和试剂,建立均肽和杂肽肽库以及它们与生理活性有机小分子形成的肽缀合物库,发展了新的肽库构建方法。
生物质谱学:
      利用电喷雾质谱技术研究了一系列磷酰化小肽的裂解及重排规律,进行了生物大分子和有机小分子的弱相互作用研究以及蛋白的序列分析等。
