多肽固相合成及基于金属催化反应法的多肽固相合成研究
多肽类药物的研究是新药研究和开发的一个重要发展方向,而对于这类药物的研制过程来说,多肽的合成致关重要。最近我们发现的新的不用氨基酸作原料的简洁的多肽合成方法,实现了以方便易得的亚胺和一氧化碳为单体,在过渡金属的催化下发生交替共聚直接生成多肽。该方法步骤简单、原料便宜、原子经济。进一步开发其在药物合成及作为生物医学材料等方面的应用具有非常重要的意义。
教师简介:
南开大学化学系教授、博士生导师,从事多肽合成及有机化学研究,主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、天津市自然科学基金重点项目等多项科研课题。所发现的一种不用氨基酸作原料的多肽合成方法,曾入选《科技导报》评出的2008年中国重大科学、技术与工程进展。曾获天津市自然科学二等奖.
