教师简介:刘滨磊,男,博士,中国医学科学院肿瘤研究所研究员。
83年获同济医科大学医学学士。89年获中国疾病预防控制中心医学硕士。于92年10月赴英国南安普敦大学分子微生物系做访问学者,后转读博士学位。96年获博士学位后继续在同一实验室作博士后研究工作。承担的研究课题包括:1)四种肠道病毒全基因组的序列分析; 2)四种肠道病毒全基因组的生物合成及基因功能的研究;3)性病疫苗的研究;4)淋球菌致病机理的研究。
2000年3月加盟英国BIOVEX生物技术公司,后任分子学首席科学家,负责肿瘤及传染病治疗性和预防性疫苗的研究工作。其中负责的减毒单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型肿瘤治疗注射液(OncoVEXGM-CSF)已进入临床Ⅲ期试验。
现受聘于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院/肿瘤研究所免疫室,研究员。主要从事溶瘤病毒的研究。
到目前为止,在国内外学术杂志上发表了20多篇论文。在国外的杂志上发表的文章十五篇。其中,在Journal of Virology发表三篇、Journal of Microbiology发表一篇、在基因治疗顶级杂志(Gene Therapy)发表一篇。
